MIDDLE SCHOOL (7TH/8TH GRADERS)

Sunday Mornings

School Year Structure during both services, 9 and 11AM: The church is not merely a place where people receive teaching. It is the household of God where believers live out the truths of the gospel (I Timothy 3:15).  Setting aside a time for students to simply be with one another is in keeping with this truth.  Middle Schoolers will be in the Youth Room during both services. Parents can pick up from the Youth Room at the conclusion of service. This is a time of teaching and small group discussion led by a faithful team of volunteers using rich, gospel-centered curriculum looking at the Scriptures. These opportunities to dig into God’s Word together help our 7th and 8th Grade students learn deeper truths of God's Word and discuss how to apply it to their lives.

Wednesday Night YOUTH GROUP

During the school year, the main gathering of Four Oaks Youth MS (7th/8th) & HS (9th-12th) is our weekly Wednesday Night Youth Group, 7:00-9:00pm, at the Killearn Campus.  All students, 7th thru 12th grade, meet at 7pm for hang out time & food for purchase (1st timers get free pizza & drink), worship, teaching & small groups.  After worship, the students break into two separate groups for separate gospel-centered teaching and further into gender specific discussion groups led by a team of faithful adult volunteers.  Both groups are then dismissed at 9:00pm.

SUMMER

Depending on the Summer, you may find our middle school students heading out on the weeklong Wilderness Trip, serving together locally and growing closer together at Swim & Study (pool party & bible study), Field Days or Day Trips to places such as Ichetucknee Springs, Wakulla Springs or Wild Adventures. We are always looking for new ways to help our students grow closer to each other and to the Lord during the fun days of Summer.
